Renewable Energy Asset Manager - Ref AM/2021-7904

The opportunity
We are expanding our Technical Asset Management team by hiring first class individuals who will take ownership of the day-to-day management of assets within our portfolio. You will work as part of our experienced team, providing a range of integrated technical management services, including the supervision of contractors, liaison with landowners, administration of commercial agreements, dealing with key stakeholders and other associated project management duties.

You will manage scheduled and unscheduled project events, including the maintenance and statutory inspection of assets and you will analyse project data and prepare regular reports for asset owners and their financers.

You will be professional and organised, with an ability to work independently to the highest standards and will have a strong understanding of the importance of data management processes.

You will ideally have a degree in a STEM subject, with prior technical and commercial knowledge gained within the renewable energy sector. As you will working closely with contractors and key stakeholders, you will be a clear and confident communicator, comfortable working with people at all levels and in a range of situations.

You will need to have a UK or UK compatible driving licence.

Where are we
Our Technical Asset Management team is headquartered in Leeds. We operate flexibility from other locations, including home working. Visits to project sites periodically is also an integral part of the role.

We are recruiting on a permanent, full-time basis. Our Technical Asset Managers work 40 hours per week Monday to Friday. Due to the nature of the services we provide to our clients some working outside of these hours may be necessary from time to time. Flexibility is offered with regard to working pattern.
